LDK and Eevi have partnered together to develop in depth reporting of call bell/event data to improve responsiveness, clinical outcomes, and risk. EEVI event reporting provides LDK with a lens that meets best practice for Aged Care. The data is provided in various ways to allow for review and historical patterns to assist with pre-emptive risk management of residents.

We have been searching for a state-of-the-art, flexible, reliable systems that would be suitable for our new look communities of the future. It was important the components could fit easily into the residents lifestyles and ensure the safety of our communities, & eevi stood out as the best choice.

The eevi team is fantastic. Their efficiency, helpfulness and professionalism in responding to queries have been consistently impressive. The eevi team always promptly notify us of any incidents so we can follow up and enhance the quality of care to our residents.

The reporting development from EEVI has been seamless, with the team at EEVI easy to work with.

The eevi cloud platform is so much better than (our previous) set up. We can see online or on the eevi App live what the current status is.

It is very important to us to have the eevi service. Coming in independently, the residents have a sense of security and peace of mind. It also gives five family members peace of mind. I have been connected with the eevi for three years now. It's a nice, easy system. I feel very confident in how everything is set up for my residents.
